Express delivery and efficient handling, all across the globe

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (except made-to-order products, which may take longer).

  • Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

  • Tracking details are shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping, while COD orders incur a nominal fee of ₹80, and express shipping is available at an additional cost.

  • If a prepaid order is returned to us due to non-delivery, we’ll either refund the amount (minus shipping charges) or re-ship at no extra cost.

  • If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a second attempt is made. If still undelivered, it is returned, and a refund (minus shipping charges) is processed.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! (except where restricted by local government regulations).

  • Confirmation emails and tracking details will be provided.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

  • Charges depend on the location and order size.

  • Import duties and taxes may apply and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
